Grievance Channel

This is an External Grievance Channel for Suppliers, contractors, Customers, Local communities, NGOs and civil society organizations, Government authorities, Visitors, Workers’ family members, any individual or organization affected by company operations for providing a transparent, fair, and accessible mechanism for external stakeholders to raise concerns, complaints, or grievances related to the organization’s operations, labour practices, ethical conduct, environmental impact, or business relationships.

  • All grievances will be logged into the grievance register.
  • Acknowledgment and Review will be completed within 7 working days.
  • The complainant will be informed of the outcome within 30 working days where contact details are available.
  • The grievance will be closed after confirmation that actions have been implemented.
