The demos at CES include the 5G Fronthaul, L1 Turbo Offload, and the Xilinx® Alveo™ U200. The 5G Fronthaul 7-2x (O-RAN over eCPRI) is an oRAN/xRAN over eCPRI solution for 7-2x Split up with PCIe Gen3.0 x8 host interface to High-PHY SW layer. It requires 1PPS input to frame synchronization. High PHY runs in the host and IQ samples can be transported over PCIe interface to FPGA. It can support block floating-point compression and modulation compression and the design is scalable to support multiple fronthauls.
Network, Data Acceleration, and OVS & ML Offloading: Transform a range of dynamic changing workloads
