Problem Statement

VVDN designed and developed the Sports Trail Camera entirely in-house for a leading OEM in the security and surveillance sector. As the product transitioned to mass production, the need for automated test solutions became essential to meet high-volume delivery timelines and maintain quality assurance.

Manual test processes were time-consuming, operator-dependent, and not scalable. To address this, VVDN’s in-house Automated Test Equipment (ATE) team stepped in to design and deploy multiple automated test systems directly on the product assembly line.
