Bhupi is CEO of VVDN Technologies. In this capacity, he drives the sales, corporate strategy and growth. A core engineer by heart, Bhupi has around 12 years of experience in system software development. Bhupi has in-depth knowledge of various processors architecture (MIPS, PowerPC, and ARM). Bhupi has done architecture of many Networking ( Layer 2 and Layer 3 switches , Access Points ) and Video Surveillance( Network Cameras ) products.

Prior to VVDN, Bhupi worked almost 8 years in GDA Technologies as an Engineering manager. Bhupi was heading a system engineering team across three different centers. His team was involved in optimizing/developing Linux BSP, developing/optimizing device drivers for various embedded platform.

Bhupi has written a lot of network, Video and character device drivers from scratch for various chipsets like PMC-Sierra, Freescale Power QUICC, Stretch, TI Davinci, TI OMAP, RMI XLR/XLS, Atheros, Realtek and various custom FPGA. Bhupi’s core processor knowledge, understanding of the internal bus, cache architecture, TLB helps to architect an optimized and rugged system.

Bhupi holds a Bachelor degree in Electronics & Communication.

Thomas joined VVDN as CTO, with more than two decades of rich experience in embedded system architecture, design and development. As CTO, he guides the embedded engineering team to achieve successful product development experience “from concept to customer”. He introduced our unique “Requirement Driven Development” (“RequireD”) Methodology, which helps the team to successfully complete both hardware and software development projects in time and quality.

Prior to VVDN, he worked at GDA Technologies Inc. for about10 years, starting at the Sacramento design centre of GDA, USA for 5 years, where he was responsible for various complex and innovative hardware and system software projects including ATCA hub blades with multi XGigE links, silicon validation boards for Multicore XLR processors, Media processors, network switching systems etc. In 2005, returned to India and started Kochi design centre of GDA, single handedly, recruiting fresh batch of graduate engineers from universities and personally training them. The team in 2 years, have successfully developed and delivered high quality ATCA & AMC blades for US customers, network surveillance product for Fujitsu Japan etc. from Kochi.

He started his carrier in 1987, at Switching R&D division of Indian Telephone Industries, where he worked on development of first indigenous digital voice and data switches. Later worked as Principal design engineer at Centre for Electronics Design & Technology of India (CEDTI). For about 2 years he worked as Prof. & Head, division of Electronics engineering, at the Cochin University of Science & Technology (CUSAT), before Joining GDA,USA.

He hold B.Tech in Electronics & Communication engineering from University of Mysore, and M.Tech in Electronics Design & Technology from IISc. Bangalore. He is a core embedded system architect and nature lover, who enjoys System Analysis and Design during week days & gets “re-charged” from his farming over week-ends.

Murali is VP of System Engineering Division at VVDN Technologies. He drives the System engineering and corporate strategy. Murali has around 11 years of experience in System Software. Murali is responsible for doing architecture of wide variety of products in Networking, telecom and Bio metric domain.

Prior to VVDN, Murali worked 7 years in GDA Technologies as Senior Software Engineer. During this tenure he was involved in architect of software solutions for Network sniffers, Networking Devices, Video surveillance cameras, Various Set-Top-Boxes.

Murali has written many linux device drivers from scratch like “SKB recycling” which improved the networking performance of the system by four times. Murali has written TDMoIP drivers , slow path driver for Layer 3 switch and many network driver from scratch for various chipsets.

Murali holds a Bachelor degree in Electronics & Communication.

Puneet is VP (Engineering Applications) of VVDN Technologies. In this role, Puneet is responsible for product & services management, gathering customer requirements, making proposals and client engagements. Puneet has been responsible for delivering 20+ successful technology engagements and programs to support customer requirements, strategies and initiatives. With 10+ years of experience in solution implementation, primarily in Embedded, CRM, Telecom, Analytics areas, Puneet’s expertise is extensive in all areas of business & technology management: Network & Security, Marketing & Analytics (Oracle, Salesforce), Telecom (Noretl, Dialogic), Testing (Application & Product) and Service (Professional & Field Service).

From the industry perspective, Puneet has significant experience in the consumer/business computing industry (HW and SW) and count clients across a broad spectrum of other areas such as Video, Surveillance, Financial Services, Supply Chain Management and Telecommunications/Media. Puneet also has substantial experience in the areas of solution architecture and application integration.

Puneet holds Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Computer Science and Master Degree in Customer Relationship Management.

Vivek is VP Engineering of VVDN Technologies. In this capacity, he drives the engineering, corporate strategy and growth. Vivek is a Networking / Telecom specialist with experience on wide variety of products/solutions in the domain of VoIP, SS7, GSM/3G etc. Vivek has worked on Media Gateway, Signaling Gateway, Session Border Controller, Soft Switch etc for leading OEMs across the globe. Vivek has been very active on IETF and 3GPP forums. He has been author of several IETF RFCs and Draft papers. Vivek has also filed multiple patents in the Telecom domain.

Prior to VVDN, Vivek has almost worked for 8 years in Aricent Group as Senior Technical Architect. While working at Aricent, Vivek was one of the key architect of VoIP products and services in the company.

Vivek has deep knowledge of VoIP (SIP, H.323, H.248), SS7, CAS protocols, T1/E1 standards, TDMoIP for GSM backhaul etc. He also has good knowledge of audio/video codecs and media transmission protocols. He has architected several gateway solutions which requires unique blend of networking, telecom signaling and codecs.

Vivek holds Bachelor degree in Computer Science.

Bala is Director Engineering (SW) at VVDN Technologies. In this capacity, he drives the entire software operations and enhancing the skills of the software team. A systematic engineer by practice, Bala has around 9 years of experience in system software development. Bala is a Networking/Telecom specialist, with experience on wide variety of products/solution in Networking and Telecom domain, Bala has in-depth knowledge of various processors architecture (PowerPC, ARM, MIPS ). Bala has designed/developed many Networking ( Layer 2 and Layer 3 switches ) and Telecom Transmission systems ( TDMoIP and IPoE1 ) products.

Prior to VVDN, Bala worked almost 5 years in GDA Technologies as Team Leader. Bala was heading a system engineering team in India. His team was involved in optimizing/developing Linux BSP, developing/optimizing device drivers for various embedded platform.

Bala has extensive knowledge on T1/E1 protocol, TCP/IP protocol, MAC device drivers and Linux applications. Bala has done the system software architecture of TDMoIP system and ATCA/AMC blades.

Bala holds a Bachelor degree in Electronics & Communication.

Pardeep is Director (Testing and Automation) at VVDN Technologies. He is heading a large testing/QA team across various centers of VVDN. In this role, he is responsible for catering Testing and Automation services for Networking, Telecom and Wireless Products.

Pardeep has around 10 years of industrial experience with expertise in Protocol Testing, Hardware/Software Test Automation and QA, Design and Development of Test Fixtures for Production Environment, Product validation and Test Automation of EDA tools / flows for Board Design, Custom IC Design, FPGA Design, etc. Pradeep has extensive knowledge on various networking and telecom test equipments like IXIA Network Analyzer, Puma E1 analyzer , agilent WLAN tester/spectrum analyzer etc.

Prior to VVDN he has worked with Cadence Design System for more than 5 years as Member Technical Staff. At Cadence he was responsible for Product Validation and Test Automation of EDA tools and flows.

Pardeep holds a Bachelor degree in Electronics & Communication and Diploma in Advanced VLSI Designing.

Selva is a Principal Engineer at VVDN Technologies. Selva has 7 years of experience in system software development. Selva is a Linux/Networking enthusiast, with experience on wide variety of products/solution in Networking domain. Selva has in-depth knowledge of various processors architecture (PowerPC, ARM, MIPS ). Selva has designed/developed many Networking ( Layer 2, Layer 3 switches, wireless routers ) products.

Prior to VVDN, Selva worked 3 years in GDA Technologies as an Engineer, involved in Linux BSP and device drivers for various embedded platform.

Selva has done system software architecture of various products like Access Points, Ethernet to wifi Gateways, Ethernet to GSM gateways and Layer two switches. Selva has expertise on various chipsets like Freescale PowerQUICC, TI Davinci, Realtek, Atheros and RMI XLS/XLR.

Selva holds a Bachelor degree in Electronics & Communication.

Sreejith is senior engineering manager (software) at VVDN Technologies . Sreejith has around 8 years of experience on developing Linux BSP and Device drivers for various embedded platforms based on MIPS, ARM and PowerPC processors. Sreejith has extensive knowledge in doing the architecture of Layer 2 and Layer 3 switches. Sreejith understands all the bus/peripheral interfaces like PCI, PCIe, GMII, RSGMII, MMC, i2S, I2C, SPI and MAC in depth.

Prior to VVDN, Sreejith worked at GDA Technologies as Senior Software Engineer. He wrote Linux BSP and device drivers for various embedded products.

Sreejith has developed many device drivers, networking protocols on various networking chipsets like Realtek, Atheros and Broadom. Sreejith has extensive knowledge of various networking protocols.

Sreejith holds a Bachelor's in Electronics and Communication Engineering. He also did Post-Graduate Diploma in Embedded System Design from DOEAC Calicut.

Jothi is a senior manger (Hardware) at VVDN Technologies. In this capacity, he manages hardware team at Kochi branch. Jothi has around 7 years of experience in embedded hardware development. He has in-depth knowledge of various processors (Intel IXP and Freescale PowerQUICC, TI Davinci) and high speed Interfaces (DDR2, XAUII, 10G Ethernet, SPI4.2, PCIe). In past, Jothi has done hardware design for many Networking switches (Access switch, PoE switch) and Video Surveillance (Network Cameras) products.

Jothi has strong knowledge in Signal integrity and EMI/EMC analysis, design for EM compatibility, compliance testing etc. His core strength includes developing cost optimized quality design with timely delivery to customer, which is crucial for transforming and R&D proto to production level product.

Prior to VVDN, Jothi worked 3 years in GDA Technologies as a Senior Hardware Engineer. He was involved in designing High speed multilayer (Up to 26 Layer) PCB for various Telecom and Networking platforms which includes VDSL2, EPON, ATCA and GSM Base station.

Jothi holds a Bachelor degree in Electrical & Electronics from AITEC Coimbatore.

Perumal is senior hardware manager at VVDN Technologies. Perumal has around 7 years of experience in Embedded System Hardware development. Perumal is an Electronics enthusiast, with experience on wide variety of products/solution in Telecom & Networking domain. Perumal has an in-depth knowledge of various processors architecture (PowerPC, ARM). He has designed many Networking, Surveillance & Telecom Products ( IP Camera, Layer 2 switches, wireless routers, PDH , E1oIP, PDHoIP, POE devices) products.

Perumal spearheaded our Hardware team on telecom and radio products who have successfully delivered designs proven in Pilot production, to one of our key customer in the domain, and the products are now in full production run. He has a good understanding of EMI/ EMC & ESD solutions for reliable operation of products in field, and had successfully implemented such solutions in our designs.

Prior to VVDN, Perumal worked 3 years in GDA Technologies as an Engineer, involved in development of standard AMC, PCI & PCIe boards for various embedded platforms.

Perumal holds a Bachelor degree in Electronics & Instrumentation.
